The Park – a striking public architectural work located in the heart of Vinh City – has been officially honored with the Gold Medal at the National Architecture Awards 2024–2025 (Public Architecture category), solidifying its position as a prime example of the modern, ecological architectural trend in Vietnam.

Spanning a total area of 6,345.6 m², The Park is designed with an open architectural spirit – connecting people with nature through flexible spaces, a natural ventilation system, and especially the dominant use of wood materials. Large wooden wall panels, a honeycomb wooden lattice system, and synchronized interior furnishings not only bring a warm and inviting aesthetic but also help the building naturally regulate its microclimate – a crucial criterion in sustainable design.
In this project, TranDuc proudly collaborated with the design team to execute the entire interior furnishings and wood cladding, from the facade’s wooden louvers to the interior details. Undertaking this significant role, TranDuc not only met aesthetic, quality, and technical requirements but also completed all items within a construction period of just 5 months – a milestone clearly demonstrating TranDuc’s production capacity, progress management, and commitment to highly demanding projects.
All wood materials used in the project were processed at TranDuc’s factory following modern procedures, ensuring standards for durability, anti-termite properties, dimensional stability, and suitability for the Central Vietnam climate. The exterior wood cladding details were technically treated to withstand the weather while retaining the natural beauty of the wood – a challenge that TranDuc successfully conquered.

The Park’s selection for the Gold Medal in the Public Architecture category is a testament to the harmony between creative design, practical technical solutions, and intelligent material selection.
