H3 H4 Grade Wood Processing Technology

With thermowood technology meeting the stability and durability requirements of wood, in addition to its exceptional resistance to termite, warping, and decay, the glulam wooden components processed using this technology can also withstand heavy loads. Depending on the installation location, wood is treated at various levels to ensure suitability for the most challenging environmental conditions

Wood Types: Applicable to all types of wood in construction

Wood Treatment Levels and Executed Categories:

𝐇𝟑: Suitable for wood categories not in direct contact with the ground or damp areas. This method is commonly applied to interior wall cladding, ceiling boards, engineered flooring, windows and doors, pergola posts (above ground)…

𝐇𝟒: Suitable for wood categories in contact with the ground or with moderate moisture levels, commonly applied to fence posts, floorboards, pergola posts (direct contact with the ground), and wood elements in landscaping.

𝐇𝟓: This method is suitable for wood categories buried in the ground or submerged in freshwater, providing protection against insect damage and decay at a stronger level. It is commonly applied to house columns, foundation piles, and wood elements buried in soil and water.

𝐇𝟔: In addition to the advantages mentioned for H3 – H5, the H6 level is also suitable for applications in outdoor construction projects, particularly in marine environments. This method is commonly applied to ship hulls, marine piles, crossbeams of docks, and bridge structures for ships.
